Facilitation is a process approach used with groups to stimulate thinking, problem-solve, collaborate, build teams, identify and analyze issues, serve as a catalyst for transition and change, and plan for the future. A facilitator can serve as a neutral catalyst or process expert to support the group's experience and move them through a process to meet the group's purpose and outcomes.
